Returns
Of course it can happen that our product does not meet your expectations. If you want to return a product, you can send the product back to the return address on your package. In the event that Ele’phants Clothing made a mistake in your shipment, shipping costs are the responsibility of Ele’phants Clothing. If it’s not the fault of Ele’phants Clothing, then the shipping cost are for the sender. Please fill in the return form that can be downloaded on this page. We will transfer the amount to your account as soon as possible.
Exchange
If you want to exchange a product, you can send the product back to the return address on your package.
